[UPDATED] ajqtrz Strikes Back at Rosie; HIGH Invades B!B Land Claim, Beseiges Second City

Screen Shot 2015-07-10 at 7.27.01 PMHIGH continues to apply pressure on Broken Blades in the wake of a successful B!B razing of ajqtrz2’s city of Elgoria 2 BH-B2, initiating the second siege in as many days on the burgeoning land claiming alliance.

At 08:24 am ST today, the new HIGH siege hit GC and subsequently posted in the Herald:

Player Under Siege: Rosie Blackeye [B¦B] City: 04. Blade Abbey [230|-2739] in The Orken Coast Sieger: ajqtrz [HIGH] Date: Wed 15 Jul 08:24

AJ has set his single siege up on plains, making it vulnerable to fast, optimized cavalry strikes like the one mounted by Walkyr against Death. In addition, at present, there is no accompanying blockade for the siege, which would afford Rosie the ability to reinforce her city with resources.

While this is the second siege initiated by HIGH on B!B, its potency remains a question: yesterday, the Times received a report showing that the first HIGH siege sent by unbeliever was in fact a siege without catapults, which means that Rosie’s besieged city in The Long White is not currently being reduced or at threat of being stormed and razed. Tracking the city’s population, the Times was able to confirm that report, as bombardment and volleys would have already commenced otherwise.

However, this siege is the first one that has landed within B!B’s land claim boundaries, which may be symbolic for ajqtrz and the anti-claimers, since the incursion into a land claim is a direct challenge to claiming policies, in addition to being a strategic move in the HIGH/B!B war itself.

[UPDATED 18:30 ST — It appears that AJ’s siege was either recalled or broken.]

  1. Good showing to Rosie Blackeye. Looks like B!B is far superior on the battlefield.
How long before the aj debate team throws up the white flag??
