TUF has lost the first siege battle in its war with SIN since the embattled alliance declared war on July 3, 2016. SIN officials shared information regarding the siege operation with the Times:

SIN noted that there was only moderate resistance, with one of their camps absorbing just a handful of sizable attacks. Persona non grata reportedly did some prestige power building early in the battle but capitulated once SIN established their blockade.
For Ole Blacklord, whose last successful siege was against CodeMaster’s [VIC] city of HH1 on May 10, 2016 in the Second Newlands War, the forested terrain was ideal cover for what is likely an infantry-heavy siege force.
The siege victory puts the Hashashin in the lead for the first time in scoring, having now razed two TUF cities since the beginning of the conflict when SIN’s Deo Volente destroyed PublicRelations’ city of 3 – Legion! Legion who? on June 27, 2016, touching off a TUR war declaration.
