During the Newlands War, T-SC was invited to merge with T-O and Heat. Before we can merge, though, 3 things were required of us: first we had to drop our land claim, second we had to end our conflict with SHARK and third we had to pull out of the DSD. As to the first, let it be known that T-SC is dropping its land claim. Now for the second, the DSD has agreed to terms with SHARK but SHARK has not signed the peace offers with TVM and T-SC. The following are 2 IGMs that lay out the exact terms of the agreement, the initial offer from SHARK is here:

Thanks for your patience while I consulted resolution with Council. I have provided a list of terms Dark Shade requests in an effort to bring peace to our alliances.
1) Return both SS mines taken by T-SC in the conflict
2) TCol settles a penalty of $400M gold
3) TVM, RE and T-SC (combined) exodus 10 cities of 2k or higher population from NewLands and agree to not settle/exodus cities in Newlands moving forward
4) RE settles a penalty of $100M gold
Provided these terms are met by the alliances above, Dark Shade is ready to cease hostilities immediately and to formally declare peace.

Term #3 was renegotiated in a series of IGMs, the other terms were immediately agreed to by DSD. there were several IGMs in between but this is the final one with the final rewording for term #3.

Our intent around restricting TVM settlement in Newlands is not a land claim in any sense of the definition. Given that there has been open hostility to our members in the past, it’s understandable that our members would express concern with having TVM building forces only squares away from our cities.
As an alternative, I would like to propose a 6 month ban on settlements in Newlands, with the cities named below being exodused from Newlands.

BV exoduses Choctaw out of NewLands.

T-SC is currently recalling all troops from the mine we control and has sent Shark a peace offer so, even though Shark has not signed the peace offer yet, we consider ourselves out of the war, since we have met all requirements of the peace arrangement targeted at us. As for the third condition, let it be known that T-SC is officially pulling out of the DSD. Since all 3 conditions are now met, we will start moving our members into Storm.
