Stomps may have lost four cities in its ongoing war to rid Illyriad of land claiming alliances, but today, Stomper Bimoda claimed one back from her nemesis and House Stark leader PhoenixFire. At some point in the afternoon today, server time, Bimoda took the city by force and captured it.

To add insult to injury, she even changed the city name to “PhoenixFire’s Chalet.”

For Bimoda, the victory evens the score against PF, who managed to take advantage of a wide window of time between a cavalry hit and the storm force in her first siege of his Elgean city of Greyditch and snatch victory from the jaws of defeat. This time, Bimoda appeared to have covered all her bases, setting up a blockade to ensure resources couldn’t be trucked in for power prestige building, and reinforcing with enough troops to ensure a successful capture.

Stomps has been in need of a victory in their war with Broken Lands claiming alliances. Since the upstart’s successful razing of He-Man’s Mankini Mansion, the news has been middling at best for them. While the capture of PF’s city Harrenhal is not a win in the Broken Lands — the continent where currently ten alliance land claims are being enforced — the win might give Stomps a much-needed recruitment and morale boost.

ROUND TWO: Bimoda Opens Up Another Siege on PhoenixFire in Elgea

Can Bimoda’s forces bring home Stomps’ second raze in the war?

House stark leader PhoenixFire became an unlikely early hero in the Stomps/BL Land Claim wars, snatching victory from the jaws of defeat in an otherwise well-orchestrated solo siege from witty Stomper Bimoda. Now, Bimoda will try against her land claiming opponent in sieging yet another Elgean city.

Late of July 4th, the Herald posted information on a new Bimoda siege, this time on PF’s city of Harrenhal:

Phoenixfire [Stark] — 2. Harrenhal [-229|732] in Kal Tirikan — Bimoda [Stomp] — Sat 04 Jul 21:20
