The Deathmongers [Death] have signed a non-aggression pact with Shu-Han [Han] as a deterrent against potential outside interference from other larger alliances in the event of a future Han/Stark war. The announcement came directly from Death leadership, who told the Times:
“Death’s formal stance on Han and Stark conflict is as follows: As an alliance who has had to deal with outside help to deter our many battles, we feel that the way the last conflict ended was not fair to both sides, especially Han’s. In the event of outside play by House Stark, Death will be throwing its hat in the conflict as well.”
Along with this statement, Death also included the time stamp of the Han/Death NAP announcement in GC:
