[UPDATED November 14, 2015, 4:15 pm ST] After appearing to disengage their siege, Fairy has relaunched the siege on this city, with the siege notice appearing in GC:

In its first major siege operation of the war, Fairy has put down what appears to be a substantial siege against the Dlords in Meilla. The details of the siege were posted in the Herald siege section:

At present, the siege is set up on plains on the south square, with an occupying army on the southeast square, also on plains — possibly ahead of a blockade. The small forest to the east of the city is not utilized by Fairy — perhaps assuming that the dominance of infantry units in the dwarven race and their utility in forest warfare would be a strength for them in breaking this siege.
The Times observed a dialogue in GC involving Ranalos and other players as the siege was just setting up that appeared to indicate that the siege army was Cornucopia-sized:

Veteran Fairy member Bimoda also made an appearance amid a discussion that seemed to indicate that there were several miscues by Fairy members in establishing the siege camp:

In spite of the derision levied at Fairy in GC, at present their siege still appears intact. What remains to be seen is whether or not there are any catapults in the siege, as the conversation above suggests that the real siege may have bounced after a new player set an occupy camp to “siege,” which arrived first.

In fact 7 armies bounced, 2 set to attack had siege engines that died a firey death, and the one sieging has 9500 infantry, 500 archers, and no cats.

I’m honestly curious why their fighting over something so stupid, and then the group who started the bloody thing, cannot even do a decent ‘fair’ war, the only truly successful hit so far seems to be their ‘hack’ attack…

The new siege was to the SW of the city and if you’ll check the Herald, you will find it no longer exists.
